Zhangjiang scenic spot is located in Libo county with an area of 426 square kms with 58 main scenic spots including Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot , Daqikong Scenic Spot, Maolan Kart virgin Forest Conservation Zone, etc. More than 500 kinds of arbor trees grow there including ginko, Chinese tulips and other rare plants.
Maolan Nature Reserve of Libo county covers an area of 20,000 hetares, it was established in 1987 and then promoted as the National Nature Reserve in 1988. It joined the UNESCO’s Man and the Biosphere Program’ in 1996. It was listed on the World Nature Heritage Site List in 2007. which is the first and the only one of the World Nature Heritage Site in Guizhou province.
