Yunshe Tujia Village is located in the scenic spot of Taiping River in Fanjing Mountain which is 7 kilometers away from Jiangkou County. The total area of the village is 4 square kilometers, 98% of the villagers are descendants of Yang's family. It is the largest village in Jiangkou County. In the long years, the group of Yunshe Tujia still retains its own customs.
Legend
It is said that Yunshe Tujia Village was once a place where immortals lived.The industrious and courageous spirit of the Tujia had moved the immortals. Immortals transferred to live in the Xianren Cave where is in the back mountain. So that Tujia people can have fertile land to cultivate. In order to commemorate the achievements of the immortals, Tujia people named their village as "Yunshe" which means "the house in the cloud, the place where the immortals live". The actual word "Yunshe" is derived from Tujia language, means "the place where monkeys drink water."

Shenlongtan
Shenlongtan is in the east of Yunshe Village, it flows through a mile and is injected into the Taiping River. There are three main reasons why Shenlongtang is mysterious. First, its depth can not be measured; second, Tujia people always use it to predict the weather; third, its spring water sometimes irregular backflows.

Xianren Cave
It is said that the ancestors of the Yunshe Tujia people originally not lived in here. Through the hard work of several generations, the group is constantly strong, but it is difficult to find a better place for future generations to live. So they killed the pigs and thee sheeps to prayed for the gods. The immortals saw that Tujia people were so loyal, they gave their original dwelling land to Tujia people to build new village and move to the cave where is in the back mountain, so that the cave is called "Xianren Cave."
