"Siwawa" means “silk dolls” and refers to the small, colorful rolls resembling baby swaddles. The pancakes are made from flour and water, and cooked until soft and pliable. The fillings include shredded vegetables like bean sprouts, carrots, cucumbers, and pickled radishes, soaked in a special sour broth for added flavor.
