Yanyu is another typical traditional food of the Dong ethnic group with special delicious salty and hot taste.

 

Production process:

1) Select a living fat carps, take out the intestines

2) Cover the fish with table salt and then stuff the mixture of chilly and glutinous rice into he carps

3) Put the mixture and fish into a wooden barrel layer and layer, cover it with palm leaves, seal it with rice straw and then put a stone on it

4) Wait for three months, this delicious food is accomplished.
